Founded in 1953, the Alliance Fran?aise de Hong Kong (香港六合彩官网开奖HK), as one of the members of Fondation des Alliances Fran?aises in the world, is a Hong Kong not-for-profit association dedicated to the?promotion of the French language and culture.

We are the Official and largest language institution for French in Hong Kong and in Asia with over 6,000 students annually. 12000 registrations a year for all ages of student !
With our team of 60 qualified native French-speaking teachers, we offer a large range of courses, including specialised courses, private
tuition, workshops, immersion days, outings to museums or French dining experience and more.

It organizes major cultural events each year, such as the French
Film Festival in
November and takes part in numerous programs of Le

(from 2018) and the French-Speaking Festival (Francophonie).

Our multimedia library is available for students and members. It includes over 12,000 French books, CDs and DVDs as well as a dedicated section for our students with relevant resources to develop their French skills.

The Alliance Fran?aise de Hong Kong encourages and promotes active connections between people in Hong Kong and French language and culture. It provides the means by which people can learn French language and engage in many different aspects of French culture. It provides the opportunity for friends of the French language and culture to come together in an apolitical, non-religious and welcoming environment.

The 60s, “La Nouvelle Vague”: located on Central building and Preservation Alliance Fran?aise Hong Kong
reaches 3000 students yearly
The 70s, “L’?ge d’Or”: Alliance Fran?aise acquires its main buildings in Wan Chai (1971) and Jordan (1975), it can now welcome over 5000 students yearly and boost its cultural programs with the launch of the French Film Festival as an annual major event.
The 90s, “Le Boom”: Alliance Francaise Hong Kong becomes the biggest centre in the world with 45,000
registrations (1991). It creates Le French May jointly with the French General Consulate in HK and Macau (1993). It will directly run 10
first editions of the festival.
The 2000s: 香港六合彩官网开奖HK launches Francophonie (2000) a festival of joints initiatives between French-speaking countries
in HK. It now presents dozens of events every year during the month of March. La Fête de la Musique, organised since 1984 in HK evolves
as a global celebration of Music, which leads to the creation of a three-day Make Music festival (2018).
