The university seeks candidates with a Ph.D. in Economics or a related field specializing in Applied Microeconomics and Environmental Economics. Degree at time of application or official notification of completion of the doctoral degree by August 1, 2026. Applicants should demonstrate potential for effective teaching at college level, scholarly research, and a commitment to serving diverse student populations. Preferred qualifications include a strong teaching record, a clear research agenda, and experience mentoring students from backgrounds similar to CSULB’s.
