The Department of Economics and Data Analytics at Berry College invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Economics in the Campbell School of Business, with an August 2026 start date. We seek a versatile and student-centered economist to join our department in a tenure-track role that blends teaching excellence, mentoring, and curricular innovation. This position offers the opportunity to teach upper-level courses in economic development, risk and insurance, financial markets, or the history of economic thought, while also contributing to foundational and quantitative instruction that supports the economics, business, and broader College curricula.
The AACSB-Accredited Campbell School of Business is known for its close-knit community of faculty, staff, and students, its emphasis on experiential learning, and its integration of business education with Berry’s broader mission. Faculty benefit from small class sizes that allow creativity and deep student engagement, a collaborative teaching environment, and opportunities to mentor students through research, internships, and Berry’s LifeWorks program.
The successful candidate will also maintain an active research agenda with publications in peer-reviewed journals, and the inclusion of students in advancing that research agenda is both supported and encouraged. Requirements:
Applicants should have completed a Ph.D. or other terminal degree in Economics or a closely related field by the start date.
