Conference Registration Prices:
蝌蚪网 member: $350
Non-蝌蚪网 member: $400
The deadline to register online is May 23, 2025. After May 23, you may register onsite. There are no refunds issued after April 30, 2025.

Hotel Reservations
After registering for the conference, you will receive a link to the Westin Denver Downtown to book your room at the conference rate. The room rate is $189 per night plus tax and fees. The deadline to make your hotel reservation is May 6, 2025. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Credit cards must be valid through June 2025. Make, modify, or cancel your hotel reservation online until May 6, 2025. The Westin Denver Downtown cannot guarantee the conference rate after May 6. To contact the hotel directly for any changes, call (303) 572-9100.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your arrival, or you will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax and fees. If you are a no-show, you will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax and fees.
