Congratulations to the 2022 John Bates Clark Medalist Oleg Itskhoki. Awarded annually to an economist under the age of 40, the John Bates Clark Medal recognizes outstanding research accomplishments in economics. Please join the òòò½Íø Electoral College, consisting of the Association's Honors and Awards Committee and voting members of the Executive Committee, in congratulating Oleg Itskhoki of University of California, Los Angeles. The 2022 òòò½Íø Distinguished Fellows are Sadie T. M. Alexander (dec.), Barry Eichengreen, James Poterba, and Carmen Reinhart. The Distinguished Fellow award recognizes the lifetime research contributions of four distinguished economists each year. The Foreign Honorary Members for 2022 are Oriana Bandiera of Italy, Luigi Guiso of Italy, Paul Klemperer of United Kingdom, and John Van Reenen of United Kingdom.
