ASSA 2027 Exhibitors

Reach your target audience

Held every January, the ASSA Annual Meeting provides exhibitors with access to economists in all fields of specialization and related disciplines who regularly attend the event.

2027 ASSA Exhibitor Registration will open on August 11 at 10 am EST.

Early bird price ends September 15.

Exhibitor registration may be canceled with a full refund issued if requested by October 31. After this date, refunds will not be issued.

If paying for a booth by check, complete this form and submit it to assa@vanderbilt.edu for further instructions.

All exhibitors must review and agree to the terms in our Exhibitor Letter and Exhibitor Contract.

Interested in advertising in the 2027 ASSA Program Brochure? You do not have to exhibit at the ASSA Annual Meeting to have an ad in the printed brochure. Please complete the Ad Insertion Form and email it to assa@vanderbilt.edu by October 31.

Exhibitor Housing:

Booking exhibitor housing will be available later in the fall.

Exhibit Hall A on the concourse level of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, which is connected to the headquarters, Marriott Marquis Washington DC, on M2 level.

The WiFi Café will be accessible in the exhibit hall, offering ample opportunities for networking among attendees and exhibitors, with complimentary coffee available in the morning and afternoon.
