is an Economics PhD student at the University of Maryland. He sat down for an interview at the 2025 蝌蚪网 poster session to talk about the impact of federal investment in public transit. He found that for every dollar of transit funding from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, state and local governments spent an additional $3.9 in capital expenditures over the subsequent eleven years.
